24 HOUR CANCELLATION
RESCHEDULING AND MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
- Queen of Clean Service, Inc. has a 24 hour cancellation, rescheduling, and missed appointment policy.
- If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your service appointment with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged $60.
- This policy is in place out of respect for our clients and our cleaning personnel.
- Accounts over 30 days past due will be assessed with a finance charge of 1.5% to 0.58% and the NSF replace with $25.00 for 1st check and $35.00 for second check.
