HOW DO I GET AN ESTIMATE?
Because each space is unique, we prefer on-site estimates over phone estimates. Why? Everyone is unique and so is their home. So, giving estimates over the phone without having seen the home and met the customer is honestly an assumption. Meeting in person with you and discussing your preferences will allow us to meet your expectations about cost and ensures a custom service that will make you happy.

WILL THE SAME PERSON BE IN MY HOME OR OFFICE IN A LONG TERM SERVICE COMMITMENT?
We know how important is to send the same team and we do everything within our control to send the same team on a regular basis. However, just like any other industry, we experience absences due to illness or pregnancy, personal and medical appointments. A replacement cleaner will be sent with your team, if necessary, in order to meet your schedule requirements. All of our cleaners are trained in the same cleaning system, so that when another cleaner must be used, the same quality service is provided for our customers.
AM I LIABLE FOR EMPLOYMENT TAXES?
Queen of Clean Service, takes care of personal liability with regard to work-related injury, payroll and social security taxes. Always request proof of insurance to protect yourself and your assets, because what if some services or individuals are not insured nor pay payroll taxes? Than will make you liable before the law in case of an injury or law suit. Queen of Clean Service is fully insured, licensed and bonded for your protection and ours.
HOW WILL OUR RELATIONSHIP WORK?
Communication is extremely important for any relationship including ours. An open communication establishes trust and being flexible ensures your satisfaction as a long term customer. To assure clear understanding and avoid confusion and fees for missing appointments it is imperative for us to have as many options possible to communicate with you, as well as you communicating with us of any changes or instructions in a timely manner. We must earn your trust during every visit and a clear communication is vital to ensure a hassle free service every time. Your payment at completion of service is expected and appreciated.
WHAT TIME DOES MY TEAM ARRIVE?
Exactly when your team will arrive depends on traffic, weather, the conditions of other homes on the schedule and because each home gets the service it deserves. It is impossible to guarantee an exact time of arrival. However, we do offer arrival time windows. You will be given a time frame in which your assigned team will arrive at your home. A one-hour window of arrival is typical. Please be aware that if the team arrives later than the arrival window, the actual cleaning may extend beyond the window and occasionally beyond the normal workday. Our normal business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. We work on Saturday for an additional fee.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME DURING HOUSE CLEANINGS?
We clean during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and most of our customers aren’t home but the vast majority trust Queen of Clean Service with the key to their home. For additional security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY TEAM COMES TO CLEAN?
To make our services more efficient, we ask that you pick up clothing, papers, toys and other household items prior to the arrival of our housekeeping team.
WHAT DOES QUEEN OF CLEAN SERVICE NOT CLEAN?
Your customized cleaning service is designed to make your house clean, fresh and comfortable while meeting your home’s distinctive needs and budget. To provide this level of exceptional service to all our valued customers there are some areas and items that are not included in a regular cleaning service, but that you can request by calling our office.
