Santa Barbara, CA – April 22, 2020

Queen of Clean Service, Inc., LLC has been generously donating cleaning services to local cancer patients for the past six months through their partnership with nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason. Owner Rosario Zapata wants to bring heightened awareness of the cause to the area during Cleaning for a Reason Week, April 18-24. The goal is to help more households battling any type of cancer to receive the gift of a clean home.

Rosario is such a caring person and is sensitive to the trauma of cancer suffered by the people she cares about, including her mother-in-law as well as many clients we have served during the past 30 years. Cleaning for a Reason is a sensational vehicle to reach out to cancer patients undergoing treatment and in need of help with house cleaning. We are honored to do our part to give back to the community and make a difference for cancer patients in their hour of need.

“Queen of Clean Service also wants to support first line responders dealing with COVID-19,” said Oscar Zapata. “As our daughter is a nurse, we recognize their endeavor to keep us all safe. If you are a First Line Responder in the Medical Field or Civil Services, Queen of Clean Service would like to offer you our award-winning home cleaning Services at our cost from April 25th to May 25th, 2020.  Please contact our office at 805-683-3549 for details.”

Rosario Zapata explained, “During this COVID-19 crisis, Queen of Clean Service is considered an essential exempt service. We continue to provide our highest level of cleaning to all clients, especially cancer patients and first responders. To ensure the safety of our clients and employees, we are following all CDC guidelines regarding hand washing; social distancing; wearing gloves, masks, and booties; and using approved disinfectant throughout a home cleaning. Cleaning is more than our passion… it’s our calling.”

Through partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, Queen of Clean Service serves two cancer patients’ homes per month for two consecutive months free of charge. This is an ongoing service to cancer patients residing in the south coast of Santa Barbara County, including the cities of Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria.
