Consider the following cleaning tips. Your home will be in a better cleaning condition!

RECEIVING GUESTS?

TIP ONE

Use your laundry basket to pick up and store miscellaneous items. Store the basket in any closet.

TIP TWO

Remove dishes from countertops. Run your dishwasher before your guests arrive and leave it empty and ready. Vacuum high traffic areas.

TIP THREE

Remove your coats from the coat’s closet to make available space for your guests. If raining, place a basket outside your door so your guests may leave umbrellas to dry.
Clean your door mats to minimize dirt or mud entering your house.
TIP FOUR

Place and light candles in bathrooms and kitchen or use potpourri.

DO YOU HAVE PETS?

TIP ONE

Please notify your Cleaning Team that you own a pet.

TIP TWO

Whenever possible relocate your pet. You may use a kennel or a room that is not scheduled to be clean. Keep your pet with some toys to keep it from getting restless.

TIP THREE

Show your Cleaning Team where you keep your pet’s leash and treats in case that they need to lure a pet out of hiding.

TIP FOUR

Be sure to let know your cleaning team about the favorite spot of your pet. Usually they will need special attention in order to clean excess pet dander.

MOLD GROWTH?

TIP ONE

If using vaporizer, be sure to empty them and clean them with a solution of vinegar and water.

TIP TWO

Do not overwater house plants or dried floral arrangements. Throw away any floral arrangements with sign of mold growth. Check under sinks for leaks. If mold is present use denatured alcohol and water to clean. Use disposable cloths to clean mold, throw them away after use.

TIP THREE

Most air conditioner units should be checked and serviced often to reduce mold growth. You may clean the coils of your central unit with mild soap and water and follow by a solution of vinegar (heavily diluted) and water. Do not forget to replace your filters.
TIP FOUR

Bathrooms should be ventilated. Keep them as dry as possible after use. You can use a squeegee to wipe down shower walls after each use. You can minimize marks in faucets by using a towel to clean and dry water drops.
